LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. LEED provides a framework to create healthy, highly efficient and cost-saving green buildings. In the core and shell development of iTech Tower 2, we have achieved silver certification under the LEED 2009 rating system. It demonstrates the sustainability and quality of the building, these quality setup will definitely benefit our client with data centre operation inside the building. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement, it is our pleasure to participate in the program and having such recognition in our effort putting into the building.
